Project managers play an essential role in keeping teams and organizations running efficiently. The Master of Health Administration - Project Management track allows you to learn about core functional areas of business, while specializing in project management and the healthcare industry.
You will have the opportunity to complete core MHA courses while also being exposed to classes in topics such as project management, leadership in healthcare, and business information support systems.

This is a program for students eager to complete their MHA-Project Management degree with speed. Online study is designed with consideration to location and schedule, and to create flexibility for students excited to complete a degree and begin the next phase of their careers.
Our syllabus is also tailored to consider more complicated schedules, so we designed a course of study to accommodate working students, parents, and caretakers.

Master of Health Administration (MHA)
New academic sessions begin, on average, and depending on programs, every eight weeks, and typically lasts about six trimesters on the accelerated schedule. You can access an up-to-date start-to-completion schedule by degree.
Total program cost varies between the accelerated and working professional program paces. Either way, if tuition is an obstacle, WCU financial aid and/or scholarship options might be available to help you move forward. Our Career Services department provides ongoing assistance with professional and career development through workshops and guidance for our online MHA-Project Management students and graduates.
Graduates will have a strong foundation to take on project management roles within health administration teams. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, medical and health services managers work in a range of settings, including:

In the project management track, you will complete core health administration courses while also taking complementary classes in project management and operations management fundamentals. This track is ideal for anyone who would like to learn how to manage projects withing health administration teams.
We can evaluate your previous coursework for transfer credit. Your advisor is available to help you through the process and help you figure out what credits can be applied towards your MHA-Project Management degree.
Complete the program in 12 months at the Accelerated program pace or 24 months at the Working Professional pace.
